- P&P (Postage & Packaging) fee is including handling, packaging, and postage. We ship using International Priority Airmail. Online tracking will be available for an extra charges of £1.00. We charge a flat P&P rate for worldwide buyers as below:

- For bulk order (>50 pcs), please contact us for special wholesale rate.
- It usually takes about 7 - 15 days to reach you. If you need your items urgently, please contact us for express mailing service (EMS).
- We will make every effort to ship the items according to our quality of service standard mentioned. However, we are not responsible for the delay in delivery time. Delivery is provided by the courier which is excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. Transit time may vary with shipping destination, particularly during peak periods (eg: Christmas, Thanksgiving) for customs clearing. Please allow up to 30 days of delivery. Delivery is done 3 times a week only.
- You will be notified via email when items are shipped. In a rare case, If you don't receive your items after 30 days, please email and notify us. We will fix it ASAP.
